Diarios Midori gratis - en español

Por primera vez estoy produciendo archivos de diario en español. He estado aprendiendo el idioma durante el encierro.

If you like my Daily Dashboard layout (available on this page) but always wanted a Spanish version, this post is for you.

You need a booklet for each month, so twelve cover the full year. Here are the files for 2021:

JanuaryA4Letter
FebruaryA4Letter
MarchA4Letter
AprilA4Letter
MayA4Letter
JuneA4Letter
JulyA4Letter
AugustA4Letter
SeptemberA4Letter
OctoberA4Letter
NovemberA4Letter
DecemberA4Letter

And becasue you might want to start using these straight away, I've added files for November and December of the current year too.

November 2020            A4                    Letter
December 2020            A4                    Letter

Printing instructions

You can print on to plain A4 paper in most of the world, or, if you’re in a country saddled with Letter paper, you can download a special version of your own. Either way, print at 100% – no scaling – duplexing by flipping the paper on the short edge. Then follow the instructions in the video below to bind your pages into a booklet. If you’re using Letter paper you’ll have to trim at the top and bottom to end up with a booklet that’s 210mm tall (Google will tell you whatever that is in inches, I’m sure.)

Free 2021 Filofax calendar (diary) downloads part 9: Pocket size, monthly layouts

I'm finishing my series of posts for the 2021 Pocket inserts. This post covers monthly inserts for Pocket size organisers. This concludes my series of 2021 diary posts for the year.

These inserts arise from a collaboration between me and Steve Morton of Philofaxy and you can find the files there also. We've been making these together for nearly ten years and plan to keep going for ten more at least. I've made the decision to consolidate the range a little, and cut down on the number of very similar inserts and those that attract very few dowloads. BUT the source files are still here (see below) and if you are happy to roll your sleeves up you can go and recreate any of the old sets yourself.

Although you'll still find the source files on this site and on Philofaxy to produce your own diary sets for any year (or any shorter period) people seem to like the convenience of downloading full year sets. Here are Pocket sets for 2021.

5. Month per page set

This layout is a simple one.

Download your choice of format:

3.5.1    Word    PDF

6. Month on two pages set

This layout spreads the month over a two page spread.

Download your choice of format:

3.6.1    Word    PDF

Printing instructions

Each file is set up as an A4 document. Print this double-sided. If you have a duplex printer, set it to flip on the short edge. If you don't then you'll have to print odd-numbered pages and then refeed to print the even-numbered pages on the reverse. You might have to experiment to find out how to refeed the paper.

On one side of each sheet you'll find crop marks. Use a craft knife and a steel ruler to release the Pocket pages and punch them. The templates are set up with mirrored gutters to accommodate the holes.

If using the PDF be sure to set it to print at full size as explained here.

Free 2021 Filofax calendar (diary) downloads part 8: Pocket size, weekly layouts

I'm continuing my series of posts for the 2021 Pocket inserts. This post covers weekly inserts for Pocket size organisers; Pocket monthlies will follow soon, and then we'll be done for the year.

These inserts arise from a collaboration between me and Steve Morton of Philofaxy and you can find the files there also. We've been making these together for nearly ten years and plan to keep going for ten more at least. 3. Two days per page sets

This layout gives you a full week across two double-page spreads. You can choose between lined and unlined versions.

Download your choice of format:

3.3.1    Word    PDF

3.3.2    Word    PDF

4. Week on two pages sets

In pocket size, you can't really squeeze a week onto a single page, but a double page gives you enough room. You can choose between two different layouts.

Download your choice of format:

3.4.1    Word    PDF

3.4.2    Word    PDF

Free 2021 Filofax calendar (diary) downloads part 7: Pocket size, daily layouts

This is the first of my posts for the 2021 Pocket inserts. It may seem a long way off (and possibly frustratingly so), but 2021 will be here eventually, and certain people just can't wait to start planning for it. This post covers daily inserts for Pocket size organisers; Pocket weeklies and monthlies will follow soon, and then we'll be done for the year.

These inserts arise from a collaboration between me and Steve Morton of Philofaxy and you can find the files there also. 1. Day per page sets

The pocket size doesn't offer a lot of space for elaborate layouts, so I've gone simple.

Download your choice of format:

3.1.1    Word    PDF

With the additonal space across two pages, we can have more detail.

Free 2021 Filofax calendar (diary) downloads part 3: A4 and A5 size, monthly and yearly layouts

Here is another in my series of posts to launch Filofax templates for 2021. This post covers monthly and yearly inserts for A4 and A5 organisers; Personal size and Pocket size posts will follow shortly.

But you don't need to have a Filofax or any other organiser to make use of these. A4 and A5 binders are widely available and there's no reason why you can't combine one of those with these pages and have a complete DIY solution.

Although you'll still find the source files on this site and on Philofaxy to produce your own diary sets for any year (or any shorter period) people seem to like the convenience of downloading full year sets. Here are A4 or A5 sets for 2021.

You have a choice between simply monthly pages across a double-page spread and months on teh left with a facing notes page.

Download your choice of format:

7. Month on two pages sets

Similarly for the larger month layouts, you can choose to have just the months or months with interleaved notes.

Would you rather turn your Filofax sideways or have a sheet that folds out?

Download your choice of format:

1.8.1    Word    PDF

1.8.2    Word    PDF

Printing instructions

Each version is set up as an A4 document. To use them as A5 inserts, print the document in booklet mode on A4 paper, then use a guillotine to divide each sheet into two and punch the required holes, which the templates are set up with mirrored gutters to accommodate. Or, if you have A5 paper, then either the printer or the PC will scale it to size for you.

Free 2021 Filofax calendar (diary) downloads part 1: A4 and A5 size, daily layouts

In the summer of 2020, 2021 seems very far away. But it'll be here eventually, and there are people eager to start planning for it. Today I am starting a series of posts to launch Filofax templates for 2021. This post covers daily inserts for A4 and A5 organisers; A4/A5 weeklies, monthlies and yearlies will follow soon, as will Personal size and Pocket size posts.

These inserts arise from a collaboration between me and Steve Morton of Philofaxy and you can find the files there also. 1.1.1    Word    PDF

1.1.2    Word    PDF

1.1.3    Word    PDF

2. Day on two pages sets

This time there's a choice of two. 1.2.1 is the first Filofax layout I ever made. I'm very fond of it.

Download your choice of format:

1.2.2    Word    PDF

Free Midori TN calendar (diary) inserts for 2021: Part 6 - Field Notes size layouts

Here we are at the last of the 2021 diary sets posts. THis time it is my Field Notes sized inserts. As usual, all are available for download as A4 and Letter paper PDFs and are all free for personal use.

For the last time this year, then, here we go.

1. Week on two pages

The week on two pages layout gives you a straightforward planning view, a week at a time.

You'll need two booklets for a full year.

  2021 A4 version: H1  H2

  2021 Letter version: H1  H2

2. Daily log book

The daily log book is ideal for tracking daily activities - exercise, say, or diet - even Pokemon whatever the kids are doing this year.

  2021 A4 version

  2021 Letter version

Special offer

Maybe you prefer not to print your own. I will print and bind a 2021 daily log book for you at a cost of £6.00, including postage to anywhere in the world. It will have a printed card cover that looks like this:

If you want to take advantage of this offer, email me
(ray.blake@gmail.com) and we can make arrangements.

Remember that for this format you need to cut at a width of 90mm rather than 110mm and you'll have to trim 35 mm from the top and from the bottom as well, leaving you a booklet 140 mm tall. If you’re using Letter paper you’ll have to trim a bit more at the top and bottom to end up with a booklet that’s 140mm tall (Google will tell you whatever that is in inches, I’m sure.)
