Make lined and grid paper booklets for your Midori Traveler's Notebook

I recently posted a tutorial for making your own Midori Traveler's Notebook inserts using plain A4 printer paper. I have also developed templates for printing lined and grid paper inserts. They look like this:

If you want to make these by yourself, start by printing the pages. Here are the templates:

Lined pages:    Word file     PDF file

Grid pages:     Word file     PDF file

The templates are set up for double-sided printing on A4 paper. Set your duplex printer to flip on the short edge. If you're using the PDF version, be sure to print at full size as explained in this post. If you want to use letter paper, you will need to trim the output to A4 short-edge width. Other than that, don't cut any of the pages until they are bound in the cover.

Print sixteen double-sided sheets and proceed following the booklet binding instructions here.

There are many variations you can make too. If you print the templates single-sided, or instance, you can make a booklet that alernates lined and plain sides. You can have a pocket in your booklet cover or just keep the cover plain. Whichever type of booklet you make, you'll save considerable money compared with buying the official inserts.

sadly this link no longer works, it takes me to "Box" and when I hit download nothing happens. It says it is "downloading" and that I need to sign up for a "Box" account, but then it doesn't let me sign up. Really shouldn't have to go through this much trouble just to get some lined paper inserts...
