Free Midori TN calendar (diary) inserts for 2025: Part 6 - Field Notes size layouts

We're there, finally, at the last of the 2025 diary sets posts. This time it is my Field Notes sized inserts. As usual, all are available for download as A4 and Letter paper PDFs and are all free for personal use. 

For the last time this year, then, here we go.

Note that I've lazily reused some of the 2024 and older pictures from last year, but I promise that what you download from the links will be the actual 2025 versions.

1. Week on two pages

The week on two pages layout gives you a straightforward planning view, a week at a time.

 You'll need two booklets for a full year.

  2025 A4 version: H1  H2

  2025 Letter version: H1  H2

2. Daily log book

The daily log book is ideal for tracking daily activities - exercise, say, or diet - even Pokemon Roblox whatever the kids are doing this year.

Printing instructions 

You can print on to plain A4 paper in most of the world, or, if you’re in a country saddled with Letter paper, you can download a special version of your own. Either way, print at 100% – no scaling – duplexing by flipping the paper on the short edge. Then follow the instructions in the video below to bind your pages into a booklet. Remember that for this format you need to cut at a width of 90mm rather than 110mm and you'll have to trim 35 mm from the top and from the bottom as well, leaving you a booklet 140 mm tall. If you’re using Letter paper you’ll have to trim a bit more at the top and bottom to end up with a booklet that’s 140mm tall (Google will tell you whatever that is in inches, I’m sure.)

We're nearly there now. Today's post contains 2025 versions of my layouts for the Moleskine Large Cahier format. As usual, all are available for download as A4 and Letter paper PDFs and are all free for personal use.

1. Daily dashboard

The Daily Dashboard gives you a booklet per month and contains a monthly overview followed by a double page spread for each day, letting you organise tasks, appointments and anything else you can imagine.

You need a booklet for each month, so twelve cover the full year. I've packaged up 12-month sets for the different printer paper sizes. Here are the files:

The roll-out of 2025 insert booklets continues. Today I'm updating the week on two pages layout I produced for the Personal size. It's free for personal use like all the others.

Note that I've lazily reused pictures from past years, but I promise that what you download from the links will be the actual 2025 versions.

You have the choice of downloading this in A4 or Letter format. Either way, you will need both the Half 1 and Half 2 files to make both booklets covering a full year between them.

Remember that you will need to trim Personal size booklets more narrowly, as well as trimming the top and bottom.

All the full size weeklies and dailies are done now, including the Spanish set, so attention turns to the monthly and yearly layouts. 

As usual, they are all free for personal use. Just download and print at home.

Nice and simple, this layout gives you a two pages for each month. A booklet includes two years.

2. Yearly calendar

The yearly calendar will print equally well on A4 or Letter paper. Each version includes two years. Cut each one out and fix to the cover of a booklet for a quick overview of the whole year. There is a choice of colour themes.

This year, by popular request, I am also providing PDF versions of these.

Following my recent post of the weekly TN layouts, today’s release includes all my 2025 daily layouts for the full size Midori Traveler’s Notebook. As always, these are free to download and print at home for your personal use.

1. Daily Journal

Nice and simple, this layout gives you a page per day with two months to each booklet. You will need to make six booklets to cover a whole year.

You get two months in each booklet, so six will make up the full year. I've packaged these into two full sets, depending on what paper size fills your printer. Here are the sets:

It's almost 2025, so it must be time to churn out the 2025 diary files. Here, then is the first set of my booklets for 2025.

Today's release includes all my weekly layouts for the full size Midori Traveler's Notebook. As always, these are free to download and print at home for your personal use.
