Our range of free 2013 Filofax diaries to download and use

Steve and I have had our gang of little people diary makers busy in the office these last few weeks assembling the full set of 2013 inserts for your pleasure. (Actually, Steve has done most of the work on getting these 2013 ready, so my thanks to him.)

In this post we will list all of the formats available. Please refer back to the original articles for the details on each format and also to the source files if you fancy coming up with a format of your own, or just a variation on one we already have done. Anything is possible!

We will not be laying off the little people just yet.... they will have a rest during the summer and we will put them back to work again in the New Year to get them to produce the 2014 inserts... if there is the demand of course... we have no idea how many of you are using them.

Anyway if you have any suggestions for improvements or comments about how you are using these inserts we would love to hear from you and we will pass on the comments to the little people.

  4. Hello! I'm trying to modify the day per page 2013 word file. I downloaded the pre-merged word document and have been able to make changes to the '1st of January`' page. However when I click on the mailings tab the 'finish and merge' area is greyed out :((
What am I not doing right? Please help

    Tanya.

  5. That's not how you do it, unfortunately. What you need are the source files, not the pre-merged one. Go to this page and you'll find a link to a page with instructions for each of the diary layouts: http://mylifeallinoneplace.blogspot.co.uk/p/free-diary-pages.html

  6. Ok, as obvious from my troubles I am a complete digital dodo! I did go to the page for the source files and the 'day per page' for Filofax A4/A5 link is not there.... am I so lost?
    Thanks for your reply.

  8. I am having trouble printing the Personal WPP for A4. I am using A4 and the print settings are for A4, however the front and back are off by about 1cm. Any ideas?

  9. Different printers behave differently when duplexing and offsets like this are not uncommon. All you can do is modify the source file to compensate for the offset (might take a few trial and error test prints) and then merge a full set.

  14. I have managed to get a diary downloaded and personalised. However I am having bother getting it on to the correct page size. I have purchased the 3 pages to A4 computer pages and cannot work out how to resize it to get it to print. Do you have instructions on the filofax computer paper as I cannot find a template anywhere.

  15. That won't work. My templates don't support the Filofax 3-per-sheet templates.

  16. Hi, I'm trying to print out the 2013 Enhanced TM Week View, Personal Size. I seems that I can only print the entire document. Everytime I try and only print the pages I need (July onward) it doesn't print. If I print the entire document it starts printing. I wanted to save some ink. Do you know how I can only print from July on? Thanks

  17. You have two choices. Either you can download the source files, which will allow you to produce a set for any period you like, or with the pre-merged Word set, simply delete the period you don't want before sending it to print.

  18. Hi

I want to download the Enhanced TM personal size on A4 paper.

I don't have msword as I use open office but it won't format properly so I want to download it in pdf format, however the link for pdf downloads a docx file. Where can I get the PDF version?

    Thanks
